FOOD PACK CONTENTS
- 20 kg flour
- 5 kg sugar
- 2 kg tea
- 5 kg ghee (clarified butter)
- 10 kg lentils (yellow and split daal)
- 5 kg chickpeas
- 10 kg rice
- 1 bottle concentrated rose syrup
- 1 kg dates
- 2 kg salt
- 1 kg spices
- 2 kg red chillies
- 5 kg onions
- 3 kg garlic
- 1 kg ginger
- 5 packs biryani masala
- 5 packs Laziza kheer (rice pudding)
- 10 soap bars
- 1 box washing detergent
One food parcel provides a family of 6 to 8 with all the essentials they need to sustain themselves and their loved ones for the entire month of Ramadan.
