Where do we store and process personal data?
We store and process any personal data you give to us via contact forms and donation forms from our website. They are stored on 1-and-1.co.uk ‘s servers. Please refer to their privacy policy to see how the data is being used. These servers may be located outside the EU. The information is also stored on Google Applications. Please refer to Google’s privacy policy to see how this data is protected. As a charity, we have satisfied ourselves that these company comply with GDPR.
Personal Data is also stored on computer located at the office and is processed by our administrators. These computers are password protected and locked away so that no third party can access it without our consent.
How do we secure personal data?
All of our servers, emails and hardware where personal data are stored on password protected accounts that are changed periodically. We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that this information is secure.
Any staff, trustee and volunteer that access your personal data are trained to ensured that they protect and secure this information.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
We usually delete your information when you decide to leave us. Any donor information used for Gift Aid purposes, including your name, telephone number, email address are stored for 4 years from the last donation you have made. This is to enable us to claim back any donation you have made to us from HMRC.

You have the right to access, correct and delete any personal data we have kept from you. You may also withdraw your consent for us to store and use your personal information for the purpose of getting in touch with you and claiming back giftaid.
There may be circumstances where data subject rights may be may be limited, eg if fulfilling the data subject request may expose personal data about another person, or if we are asked to delete data which you are required to keep by law.
