Saghir Shah is a qualified and experienced Integrative psychotherapist and a Clinical Supervisor with an award of BA (Hons), and is accredited by the British Association of counsellors and Psychotherapists.

He provides short term and long term psychotherapy to individuals, couples and young people. Saghir has vast experience in providing psychotherapy in mental well being issues such as, depression, anxiety, work-related stress, bereavement, domestic abuse, abuse/trauma, family/personal relationships and self-esteem. He has further experience in delivering psychoeducation to groups on mental health and delivered training to professionals. Saghir is bilingual and can provide therapy in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
